The Ambient Weather WS-2902 personal weather station allows you to monitor your home and backyard weather conditions with its brilliant, easy-to-read LCD color display. This comprehensive system tracks a variety of metrics, including wind speed, wind direction, rainfall, UV, solar radiation, barometric pressure, indoor/outdoor temperature (in Fahrenheit and Celsius), and indoor/outdoor humidity. It also calculates dew point, wind chill, and heat index.

The enhanced Wi-Fi option connects the station to your 2.4 GHz router, enabling it to transmit data wirelessly to personal weather station networks and Ambient Weather's exclusive platform, AmbientWeather.net. This user-friendly platform lets you view detailed information through animated, expandable modules on your computer, tablet, or mobile device.

By linking your Ambient Weather station to the Ambient Weather Network (AWN), you can become part of an interactive weather community. Your personalized online dashboard serves as a focal point for sharing real-time weather data. This platform empowers you to customize your dashboard and freely exchange insights with other weather enthusiasts without additional cost.

The Ambient Weather app provides an incredibly detailed, hyperlocal view of current conditions. You can easily find information about localized temperature, "feels like" temperature, humidity, pressure, wind speed, and precipitation levels from actual points of interest in your area. Set up email or text alerts for high and low conditions across various parameters, and visualize your data with daily, monthly, and yearly graphs.

Ambient Weather's virtual assistant skills for Alexa and Google Assistant allow you to access real-time and historical weather information generated by your connected devices. The IFTTT applets on the AmbientWeather server enable you to track web services, applets, and devices like blinds, rain gauges, and lights.

Developers can retrieve real-time and historical personal weather station data in JSON format, or build third-party apps to access data from multiple devices. The weather station also connects to the world's largest personal weather station network, Weather Underground, as well as WeatherCloud and WeatherBug.

The wireless sensor array connects to the console via RF (915 MHz) up to 330 feet in open air (100 feet under most conditions). It mounts to any pole between 1.25 and 2 inches in diameter using the adaptive mounting bracket and U-bolt design. The sensor array's primary power source is a solar panel that charges the supercapacitor, with optional battery backup.

The WS-2902 supports a variety of optional sensors, including thermo-hygrometers, a particulate matter sensor, and a refrigerator/freezer sensor.
