The Geevon 22116 Accurate Atomic Alarm Clock automatically sets the hour, minute, and second of the day by radio communication with its built-in antenna, regularly updating from the United States Atomic Clock in Boulder, Colorado. You can simply select your time zone at the setting buttons of the digital travel alarm clock. Additionally, the small travel clock adjusts automatically for Daylight Savings Time (ON/OFF option) in the spring and fall. It supports 7 time zones: AST (-4), EST (-5), CST (-6), MST (-7), PST (-8), AKST (-9), and HST (-10).

The alarm clock is battery-operated, requiring 2 x AA batteries (not included). To prevent reception interference, all buttons are temporarily unavailable when the atomic clock is receiving the signal, a process that may last 1-2 minutes. Once the atomic clock receives the signal, everything is back to normal.

The travel clock features an auto light function. When it is in darkness, the small clock triggers a soft nightlight to illuminate the display automatically after the switch is flipped to "ON". The backlight can also be manually operated for 8 seconds.
